New home plumbing starts before the slab is poured and finishes when the last tap is tested. Under-slab drainage, water and gas supply through the frame, stormwater connection, and the fit-off of every bathroom, kitchen and laundry. The early stages carry the most risk, because once the slab is down and the trades have built over the top, changes get expensive fast.
We work from the architectural and hydraulic drawings and set out each stage before it's closed up. Because the same team carries the job the whole way through, nothing gets lost between stages and the builder deals with one person who knows the entire house.
With over 20 years of combined experience, we know where a new build's plumbing risk sits, and we plan for it before it becomes a problem.

We manage the full plumbing scope on a new build, from the site drainage and underground services that go in before the slab through to rough-in, fixture installation, testing and completion. Every stage is sequenced around the builder's program, with the compliance work handled as part of the job rather than chased at the finish.

Every build is different. Here's a snapshot of what falls under our new homes scope.

Most plumbing problems on a new build start with decisions made before the slab goes down. We set out the early stages carefully, hold our slot in the program, and carry the same attention through to final fit-off.
